About this site

On this site you will find details of current pay arrangements applying to millions of UK employees in hundreds of organisations. This website gives details of the current pay structures, latest pay reviews and other conditions of employment in leading private sector companies and public sector organisations across the UK.
The database brings together not only the agreements and pay structures published in IDS Pay Report, the fortnightly journal monitoring pay, reward systems and the labour market, but also other agreements and structures collected by the IDS research team.
You can search the database by:

- or by selected keywords
- or you can carry out a free text search of the database.
The website is open exclusively to IDS members subscribing to IDS Pay Report. If you are not currently a subscribing member, click here for details of how to join.
